How do I manage my subscriptions?

All subscription info and links can always be found in the SubMusic for Plex app on your watch. Open the SubMusic for Plex menu on your watch, choose Settings > Subscription > Manage subscription. Or Manage Subscriptions here. Make sure you use the same mail address to login as you used when subscribing!

What is the Refund Policy?

Yearly subscriptions can be refunded only during the first 30 day period. Monthly subscriptions are always refundable for the currently active period. We don't want to keep your money if you are not going to be able to get value out of SubMusic for Plex. Refunds will be issued within two weeks of the refund request but usually go through within a few days.

Is my device supported?

Yes! If your Garmin watch supports playing music and has wifi onboard, then your device is compatible with SubMusic for Plex and will work without issues. Check your device below.
